JEOL ECS400 Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer
MAIN FEATURES:
- 400MHz Proton frequency
- High sensitivity dual-channel broadband auto-tune probe. Tunable nuclei include 1H, 19F, and continuously from 31P to 15N and 39K 109Ag allowing observation of more than 60 different nuclei.
- Variable temperature probe capable of operating from room temp to 150°C.
- Full complement of pulse sequences, including standard 1D measurements as well as complex 2D sequences to suit any need.
- “No-D” capable, allowing the use of non-deuterated solvents in cases where solvent change is problematic
