Optomec - Maskless Mesoscale Materials Deposition (M3D®)
The M3D® aerosol-jet deposition system is a breakthrough additive technology enabling finer feature sizes than traditional ink-jetting and screen printing processes. The M3D® utilizes an innovative aerodynamic focusing technology that produces electronic and physical structures with feature sizes down to 10 microns.* The M3D® system supports a wide variety of materials including nanoparticle inks and screen-printing pastes, conductive polymers, insulators, adhesives, and even biological matter that can be accurately deposited by M3D® onto non-planar substrates.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Feature sizes to sub 10 microns*
- Thin layer deposits from 10 nm*
- Many materials and substrates
- Nanomaterial deposition capability
- Less environmental impact- minimal waste/chemicals
- 3D Non-planar capability
- Low temperature processing
